How long does delivery take?
Small items ship in 1–3 business days. Large equipment goes out palletized on a freight carrier, typically 5–10 business days, and the carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window before the truck rolls.
Where can I track my order?
You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. For freight shipments we send the carrier’s reference and their scheduling number. Email us the order number if anything looks wrong.
Can I return something?
Yes — 90 days, unused and uncrated, sent back on our account with no restocking fee. Tell us the order number and we’ll arrange the pickup.
Which machine fits my property?
Call or write with your acreage, the slope, and anything you’re replacing. We’ll narrow it to two or three and explain what actually separates them — deck width, drive type, run time.
